1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. Tracking information will typically update within 24–48 hours of shipment.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)

Witti Enterprises is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Lost Packages

Witti Enterprises is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.
